Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Facility Maintenance Lead), you will lead a team of maintenance and paint technicians, overseeing facility maintenance. You will ensure all equipment is in optimal condition through preventative maintenance and daily tracking. Your role includes hands-on maintenance, conducting training, monitoring quality audits, and managing system emergencies and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems.
  • Welding skills: MIG, TIG, ARC, Stick, and Gas.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar systems.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Equipment Troubleshooting, Facilities Maintenance, and Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans.
  • Experience with Conveyor Systems.
  • Technical certification, Associate’s Degree and/or minimum 3 years of experience (preferred).
  • Experience with PLC programming (TIA Portal) (preferred).
  • Ability to lift 65lbs and exposure to paint fumes.
