Role

As a Human Resources Manager (also known as HR Manager, Personnel Manager), you'll oversee all HR practices, provide information to employees about regulations, contract language, and policies. You'll manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You'll also develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the business objectives and promote a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws, labor laws, and safety regulations.
