Role

As a Plant Manager (also known as Manufacturing Plant Director, Operations Manager), you will be in charge of planning, directing, and coordinating all activities of a manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety, environmental standards, quality control, production, cost control, and leading the plant workforce. You will also develop and implement plans to reduce waste, meet regulatory standards, and handle emergency situations. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing a plant operating plan that supports the business plan and securing the necessary resources to implement it.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • At least ten years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience, with at least seven years of experience supervising multiple individuals.
  • Thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations and safety procedures, with prior experience in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
