PM Mechanic

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Facility Maintenance Specialist, Equipment Repair Technician), you'll perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems, and work both independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and safe repairs. You may also serve as a backup to production line workers.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree in Vocational Training in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics or Technical School Certification in related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment or in a position with similar responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Mechanical System (CMMS), including experience with HMI’s, work orders, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple departments.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with experience in people/project management preferred.
  • Ability to provide own tools (except in California locations where tools will be provided).
